“Not a lot of places to eat nearby”

“PROS - Proximity to state parks, caverns, waterfall, etc was incredible!! Mattress in main bedroom was really comfortable. Plenty of counter space for food prep and nice oven. Room sizes were good.CONS - Plumbing was not good, shower made a horrible sound while in use and was filling up with water requiring periodic breaks to allow it to drain. Washing machine did not work as we found out after running a full load of towels that the water was not turned on. Turned the water on and there were……

“Coffee was great but the powdered creamer was Little Rock’s so old. New tile on bathroom floor very nice. No Kleenex. Blow dryer very old but it works. Bed slept like you were lying on rocks. Mattress needs replacing. Quiet place.”

“This place was cozy and relaxing. The property is beautiful and feeding the goats was a huge plus for me. Three Rivers State park is literally two minutes away and it’s a wonderful place to spend the day hiking and exploring. The people of Sneads and the surrounding area are sweet and kind. I recommend booking this spot if you want to unplug from the world for a bit. ”

“Very clean and spacious home, perfect for an extended fishing vacation for a family of four. Conveniently located within walking distance to a boat ramp on Lake Seminole and just across the bridge from the Jim Woodruff Dam. Plenty of room for a boat and trailer. Home is well equipped. We had everything we needed. Host is responsive to messages and pleasant to communicate with. Host stopped by for an introduction and to let us know if we needed anything at all to just give a call. Super friendly……
